What are your reception hours?

Our reception hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days per week. For arrivals outside these hours, contact us in advance to organise after-hours check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

Is parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available for $25 per night. Reservations are required due to limited space.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is included for all guests.

Is breakfast available on-site?

Breakfast is not offered on-site, but there are many great cafés and eateries along Jetty Road just a short walk away.

What’s your cancellation policy for direct bookings?

When you book direct with us, you can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before arrival.

Yes. We offer accessible rooms and lift access to all levels. Accessible bathrooms include roll-in showers, grab rails and bench seating.
